Breaches of rules and violations of the law can harm our organisation, cause financial loss and undermine the trust of our members, clients, supporters and the public. Please help us to identify and address breaches and irregularities at an early stage.

As an employee, client, service provider or any other person associated with our organisation, you can report suspected criminal offences or serious breaches of rules, providing your name. Your details will be treated confidentially and used solely for the purpose of investigating the report. The following reporting form will guide you through the necessary information.

Please note: This system must not be misused, in particular to submit deliberately false or defamatory reports.

After your report, a secure mailbox will be set up for you through which an anonymous dialogue is possible. You will be informed of how your report has been followed up. Log in to your mailbox regularly with your access data so that you can communicate with your counsellor. You will receive your access data at the end of the reporting process. 

They remain protected:  Even if you provide your name, your identity will only be disclosed to us by the data protection officers of Biehn & Professionals GmbH if you expressly consent to this or in the other cases regulated by law.
